Order cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at order@myabecca.com or call us at +91 9079646451

EXCHANGE & RETURN 

  • If you would like to return/exchange the garment, please mail us at order@myabecca.com.
  • If the package you received is not as expected/in bad condition/the package is tampered or damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package, kindly return it to the delivery agent.
  • In case the product you ordered is of not the right size for you, we offer a different size at no additional cost for all prepaid & COD (above Rs.999) orders, where the pickup will be arranged for and a new size will be shipped to you after we receive the returned product.
  • Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your exchange/return is accepted and then further process will be initiated.
  • Please note that the product has to be returned in the way it was received and the merchandise should be returned in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
  • The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) of COD orders worth Rs.999 & below is to be borne by you.
  • All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Unfortunately, we do not extend our exchange/return/refund services on discounted items. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.
  • Post 7 days, it won’t be possible to exchange/return under any circumstances. Also, we don’t provide a second exchange/return. Please make sure you choose the correct size/colour while exchanging it for the first time.
  • Please note sale/Discounted items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

 

RETURNING ONE ITEM PURCHASED DURING A COMBO

  • If you have purchased two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.
  • If you purchase 2 dresses for Rs. 4000 while one of them is priced at Rs.2200  and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 1800 (4000-2200). Similar Terms & Conditions will be applicable in other product categories as well.

 REFUND POLICY :

  • Please note we do not provide any monetary refunds against returns/exchange.
  • Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will contact you via email or phone to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and you will get your refund in form of store credit in your myabecca website account. This Credit will be valid for 6 months and it will be applicable on your next purchase.
